Brian is a recent graduate from Santa Clara University. Prior to joining The Mixing Bowl as a Research Intern, Brian worked for CFIE (The Center for Food Innovation and Entrepreneurship) at SCU. He spent time in Ecuador where he learned how to utilize his finance background to impact the environment in a positive way. Brian lives in the Bay Area and in his free time enjoys catching up with friends, playing the piano, and being outside.
